BMS House, our modern, state-of the-art head office in Uxbridge, is a 21st century environment designed to foster spontaneity and flexibility in working practice. Set in parkland, the building creates a single, harmonious environment for our 200-plus head office employees.

Consistent with Bristol-Myers Squibb’s commitment to conservation, it was built with our environment in mind. Care was taken not to disturb local flora or fauna and the building conforms to high standards for energy emissions.

The office design is intended to reflect Bristol-Myers Squibb as a company - it is modern, transparent and innovative. Our employees were involved in every detail of the fit-out, resulting in an office where everyone feels comfortable and energised.

The abundance of natural light is one of the building’s most important characteristics, making our workplace bright and engaging. The open plan layout allows staff to interact with their colleagues in a number of different ways. They can communicate with each other easily and directly to seek the multiple perspectives that drive the company’s creativity and effectiveness

1,025 people worked on the building of the new office
